Things to know before booking your first appointment

Cancellations

  • We understand that  unexpected things happen but we ask that you give us a 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.  This allows us time to fill the spot with another guest. 

  • In the event of an emergency we do understand and will help you to reschedule your appointment.

  • In the case of a second no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of your allotted appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment services when booking your next appointment. That does not go towards your next appointment. Our hairstylists work on commission, a 2 to 3 hour appointment no-show results in them not getting paid for that chunk of time. 

  • If their is a third no show or late cancellation we will refer you to find a salon that better fits your schedule.

Return Policy

  • At Studio G Salon, we have taken the time and have done extensive research to find the very best in hair color and hair care lines the industry has to offer. We do not use any outside products or color lines including other professional haircare products or hair color lines. 

  • If you are unhappy with a haircare product you have purchased, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another product within 10 days of your purchase.

  • We do not offer refunds on any makeup or skincare.

Children

  • A Hair Salon can be a dangerous place for a child. There are hot tools, sharp implements, cords and chemicals everywhere.

  • We ask that you please keep your child at home during your services.

  • Children are welcome in the salon if they are receiving a service but we ask that you book separately from any service you are receiving.

  • We risk liability if anything does happen to your children. If a child is brought in with you we will have to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Service Policy

  • If at any time within 10 days you are unhappy with your hair we will gladly try and rectify the situation. Please give us a call or drop us an email and we will gladly work with you so you are satisfied.

  • We look at your hair color as an investment you make.  To protect your investment from color fading, and/or damage, we ask that you use the products your color professional recommends. We cannot stress enough how important it is to use the right shampoo, conditioner, treatments, and products on your hair. If you don't, it may result in discolored, faded or damaged hair. Some color services can be harder on the hair than others. It is so important to protect your hair after the coloring process is finished and continue using the recommeded products at home.

  • If you have had a color service done and your color has faded, we will give you a one time courtesy color refresh, then we will recommend the right after care products again.
